Surf city 2022

Without skipping a beat after two weeks of Day Camp, four of our leaders shipped out with ten of our students to participate in another week of camp during the first week of August, this time in Upper Silver Lake, Michigan!

Surf City is an incredible opportunity for young people from all over Pittsburgh to engage in massive team activities, water sports, zip-lining, outdoor laser tag, & more—but most importantly, it is a chance for kids to experience the powerful love of God through worship, Bible study, & evangelism. This was many of our students’ very first trip away from home & family, but every one of them had a blast making new friends & taking part in all the activities planned for the week. And we so grateful to the camp staff & worship team who facilitated a deeper connection to the gospel for our all of our students.

Surf City is is ministry of Pittsburgh Kids Foundation. PKF serves a large network of churches & other organizations in the Pittsburgh area. They exist to connect & empower leaders to impact the youth of our city. Our team is incredibly thankful for them & all that they do.
