The artist who contributed her design to our Painting Studio hails from Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Rhiannon Rings is a brilliant painter in her own right, so we commissioned her to create a mural on the ceiling to reflect this room’s theme: Day 2—Separation of Sky & Sea (Gen. 1:6-8). The result is an ethereal night sky full of stars. This studio’s aesthetic alone has inspired several paintings by our Afterschool students.
